At Corless Barfield Trial Group we support the constitutional efforts of the public. There are more than 600 Florida physicians that can now recommend medical marijuana to patients, but many have questions concerning Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ recent comments on the topic. Some patients and doctors are holding off until state rules and even federal laws for the emerging industry are clarified. In November, voters in Florida approved a constitutional amendment that allows doctors to recommend full-strength marijuana for a variety of ailments including glaucoma, HIV, AIDS, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, Crohn’s disease and PTSD.
